IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Hello All,

To ensure smooth execution and enjoyment of the Ganesha Habba Celebration, please note the following:

🕙 Registration

• Opens at 10:00 am

• Please collect your band and wear it all the time
  
  

🍲 Food & Hygiene

• As it is a potluck, please ensure proper hygiene when preparing food.

• Hand over food boxes at the foyer before registration.

• Volunteers will help verify labels & contents (Name + Dish) when accepting and also while serving.

🥄 Utensils: Plates and spoons will be provided.
💧 Water: A dispenser will be available. Please carry your own empty reusable water bottle for refilling.

📍 Location & Parking
Google Maps – SAALBAU Gallus
Frankenallee 111, 60326 Frankfurt am Main

🅿️ Parking: Not available or limited at the premises due to construction. Please use public transport (Galluswarte S-Bahn is just 100m away).
Several parking garages are also available nearby within walking distance – check Google Maps or the Parkopedia app.

🙏 Ganesha Pooje

• Bring the idol at 10:30 am

• Pooje starts at 11:00 am
  
  

🧸 During Pooja: Please maintain silence during the Main Pooja and Maha-Mangala-Aarati.

🍛 Lunch & Cultural Programs

• After the Ganesha Pooje, Prasadam will be distributed and lunch will be served.

• Post lunch, enjoy cultural programs by RMKS members.
  
  

🪔 Ganesha Visarjane

• Final rituals and Visarjane at 3:30 PM
  
  

🧹 Cleanliness

• Please do not throw away glasses with water inside.
  
  

• Help keep tables clean to reduce the efforts of the volunteer team.
